I’ll also accept Gallatin Valley local commissions, so feel free to send an email and we can make your vision come to life!

What makes you different?

3

My approach to ceramics is process-forward— the way I design, hand-make, and bring each piece to others is heavily influenced by my belief that the clay formation process is ripe with clues about the larger spiritual formation process of people.

I do my best to work with clay to the glory of the God who created it, noticing and communicating with others along the way just how much we as people are like clay in his hands. The imagery, attention to form, color, and detail that I incorporate in my pottery is like my little poem of praise to the Great Potter, who specifically reveals his heart in scripture and generally reveals his ways through the natural world, especially through clay!
